Our systems for Project Management comprise checklists of activities developed over many years to identify tasks required and ensure tasks are carried out in a logical and practical sequence. Activity programmes are populated and produced using Microsoft Project.

We have cost and quantity surveying staff available to undertake cost planning, detailed scheduling or cost management on projects, we can prepare specifications, bills of quantities, schedules of work and contract documents.

We will act as the Employers Agent or Contract Administrator as required by the form of contract.
