The Site Waste Management Plan Regulations 2008 make it a requirement that a comprehensive appraisal of site produced waste is quantified and managed effectively on projects with a value of over £300,000.

While this is not currently legislation in Wales we are offering this planning as a service to clients with sites in England. We have been trained by the BRE in the use of their Smartwaste system and supplement this with WRAP procedures for early design reduction of waste.
