Michael Cox & Company was incorporated in September 2007. The company draws on over 35 experience years working in consulting, contracting, developing and as a client.

We are Chartered Civil Engineers and members of the Institution of Civil Engineers; The company and staff are Registered Members of the Association of Project Safety and we belong to the Forum for the Built Environment .

We have a staff of two full time Michael Cox and Matthew Colley and an administrative assistant. We have an external project manager and an external cost surveyor available for specific commissions.

The Company offers CDM Co-ordination, Project Management, general construction management, Construction Safety, BREEAM assessments, Site Waste Management Planning, Civil Engineering Consultancy and Due Diligence services.

We are based at our own offices in North Cardiff where we are equipped to with full high speed high bandwidth (30MB) Internet, land line and mobile telephone, scanning, fax and delivered print services makes contact with the construction world instantaneous.
