30th December 2011; Interesting email today from the HMRC advising that I had a tax rebate due. They requested I fill in all my account details and register for the rebate. So I just checked and what a surprise this was a Phishing Scam. According to the HMRC website http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/security/examples.htm  they never send such emails. Well the old 6th sense was working there. Off to Jolyons Hotel tomorrow for a New Years Eve Masked Ball. Happy New Year
