Newbridge Construction has appointed Michael Cox & Co to assist with the Project Management of site preparation works of the former Tredegar Park Golf Club site and adjacent land, prior to sale as housing development land. The work includes scheduling and management of site investigation work, liaison with Planning Authorities over discharge of planning conditions and providing CDM Co-ordination services.
